Eyes are fully open now, we’re wrapping up our Early Neurological Stimulation and Scent Introduction protocols and moving on to new handling exercises and sensory exposure. These pups are already showing signs of the calm confidence and resilience we aim for in every litter. They’ll be ready to head home just in time for summer fun—perfect timing for bonding, training, and making memories together. They’re here! Sapphire and Sterling welcomed 13 beautiful Easter puppies—8 boys and 5 girls—into the world! We couldn’t be more thrilled to introduce the newest NorthStar Weimaraners, arriving just in time to become your loyal summer adventure buddy. At NorthStar, our goal is to raise more than just puppies—we raise companions. With a focus on health, structured socialization, ENS/ESI, and a balance of adventure and chill, these pups are being nurtured to thrive on both scenic trails and lazy Sundays. All our dogs and puppies have homes at this time! We are currently growing our waitlist before we breed again and would love to connect if you are interested! We may also have an opening for a guardian home for a male puppy in 2024 and if you are intrigued please reach out to discuss what that would look like.

We have a few incredible opportunities coming up!

We are currently retiring miss Taiga and have begun the search for her retirement home. We will also be looking for a guardian home for a male puppy in the near future and may have other puppy opportunities as well so if you are interested in any of these options please reach out and we can discuss this more. We look forward to helping you find the perfect loyal companion!

Taiga turned 5 on January 15th and is such an incredible lady. Car rides are this gals absolute favorite and she also enjoys hanging out in the yard, hiking, and destuffing teddies as her favourite activities. She removes those squeakers in record time!! She is great with cats and loves playing with children. New people are super fun for her to meet and she will come up to give everyone that let’s her kisses. Taiga is a super affectionate girl. As a pup Taiga was fully crate trained and while she’s not in it often she can be reintroduced easily if that’s something you’d like her to be in while you are away. She leaves most everything alone, but food on the counter is tempting and if no one is around she may sneak it :)

We are looking for an active family that would love to add Taiga to their lives. She would do well in a house with cats and gets along with most other dogs especially if they are introduced well and slowly.
