If you are looking to add a weimaraner puppy to your family please contact us! Our next litter is planned for May 2024 from our female Sapphire and male Sterling. We are planning on a winter litter too.  When you submit your application form I will send you information on all the pairings and timing to see which list best suits what you are looking for within a few days. Matching a puppy with the right family is a priority! We look forward to getting to know you better.

🐾 What do we do, and Why? 🐾

Our goal with raising weims is to stick as close to the breed standard as possible producing beautiful hunting dogs that are awesome family companions. All our pups are raised with our 4 children, farm animals, early neurological stimulation, as well as a great socializing and enrichment protocol to ensure your puppy will be well balanced and ready to conquer life when he/she joins you at 9 weeks of age. Our adult Weims have awesome temperaments, are eager to learn, and are good with people and kids of all ages. I only bring in breeding puppies/dogs with temperaments that will work with my family and benefit my program. 

We want you to have the best companion possible. 

We begin this with carefully picking our breeding dogs and completing the breed recommended testing to ensure we only reproduce healthy weims. That’s only the beginning. Once the bitch is bred all the puppy fun begins! Even before breeding the dam needs specific prenatal care to ensure she is healthy and able to carry a litter of puppies. Throughout her pregnancy she needs support, great food, and supplements to grow her pups and to whelp them naturally. We believe it is our responsibility to give our weim pups the best start in life. Studies and experience show that following these protocols give our puppies a huge advantage to life. While we are introducing the pups to things from day one we are also helping you prepare for your pup during the 9 weeks they are with us. Education and support for our families is just as important so you can confidently take over when the time comes. Each week I send picture updates with lots of information to help you prepare for when your puppy comes home. Within a litter there are usually a few more laid back ones and one or two that is higher drive. We watch these differences to see what encouragement the puppy needs as well as determining which puppy best suits your lifestyle. Temperament testing is done right before matching weekend! If you are looking to add a fun, friendly, active weimaraner puppy to your family we would love to hear from you. We have puppies all over BC (Kelowna, Vernon, Salmon Arm, Vancouver, Campbell River, Victoria, Fort St John) and have flown multiple puppies across Canada via WestJet’s great service. A couple even reside in Washington USA! If you have delivery requests please let us know.

 All our puppies are CKC registered purebred weimaraners sold on a NON-Breeding agreement and come with a puppy package that includes Registration, Health Clearance, Puppy information, Vaccine Protocol and a copy of the Weimaraner Standard. We also include some tips to help you get through the first few days and as always if you have questions please contact us and we will do our best to help or direct you to someone who can. Before puppies leave our location they are vet checked, vaccinated, dewormed (multiple times), and micro chipped. Our puppies will NO LONGER have their tails docked as it is banned in BC!

We are doing our best to breed amazing companion/family dogs that can also be trained to hunt and do what they were meant to do. We strive to breed as close to the standards as possible so you can pursue whatever avenue you like with your dog from conformation to field training or agility (we have multiple pups that love this). Our dogs are very social; fantastic with children and people of all kinds. They are also very eager to please and happy to learn which makes it easy to train your pup in whichever way you like. Our pups are raised on 2.5 acres with chickens, ducks, turkeys, a cat and an array of farm yard animals. There are lots of people coming and going and children playing and interacting with them all day long. They will be exposed to all areas of our house and yard and weather permitting be exposed to water as well! They will be used to all kinds of noises including dishes clanging and the vacuum. We begin interacting and developing their little brains with ENS & ESI as well as socialization protocols and daily curriculum to help them develop through the 9 weeks they are here. Studies show this helps them to deal with stress and leads to an increase in confidence and a very well functioning adult dog which is our goal and a responsibility we take very seriously. 

Each Weimaraner has a unique personality. In order to best match a puppy with your lifestyle, please complete the following application form. This ensures we can get everyone the perfect puppy! We test the pups by assessing their reaction in different ways and watch them play and interact closely each day so we can give you an accurate account of the pups temperament. 

As Weimaraners are a high energy dog we encourage you to register for puppy classes early and train your puppy the correct way to behave right from the start. Learning calming strategies and teaching impulse control will be a great help for an amazing Weim. Weims are very intelligent dogs and will learn quickly (good and bad). They cannot have too much freedom too quickly or you will soon find yourself with a big mess!

We are in Salmon Arm, BC. We do not allow puppy visits until they are 5-6 weeks old but their parents are always up for visitors! CKC registered Weimaraner Puppies for sale in Salmon Arm, British Columbia. We go do to Chilliwack often and can meet people from the Island or Vancouver with your puppy to save you the drive. Weimaraners are fun-loving, compassionate, affectionate, and very active dogs. Please do some research before adding one to your family. They do not do well alone for long periods of time especially as a puppy. They are well worth the effort though!
